Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

  • Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene concerns, we only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • The product must be:
    • Unused
    • In original packaging
    • Reported within 3 days of delivery

2. Damaged or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 24 hours.
  • Please send:
    • Product photos
    • Issue video
    • Full unboxing video (from sealed package opening)
  • 👉 Without an unboxing video, the claim will not be accepted.

3. Refunds

  • After approval, refund will be done in 5–7 business days.
  • You need to email your bank details to our support team.
  • Refund will be sent to your provided bank account.

4. Exchange

  • Exchange is only available for damaged or wrong products.
  • Depends on product availability.

5. Not Eligible for Return

  • Used or opened perfumes
  • Products without original packaging
  • Sale/discount items (if applicable)

6. Cancellation

  • Order can be cancelled within 12 hours.
  • After shipping, cancellation is not possible.
