1. Returns
- Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene concerns, we only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
- The product must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- Reported within 3 days of delivery
2. Damaged or Wrong Product
- If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 24 hours.
- Please send:
- Product photos
- Issue video
- Full unboxing video (from sealed package opening)
- 👉 Without an unboxing video, the claim will not be accepted.
3. Refunds
- After approval, refund will be done in 5–7 business days.
- You need to email your bank details to our support team.
- Refund will be sent to your provided bank account.
4. Exchange
- Exchange is only available for damaged or wrong products.
- Depends on product availability.
5. Not Eligible for Return
- Used or opened perfumes
- Products without original packaging
- Sale/discount items (if applicable)
6. Cancellation
- Order can be cancelled within 12 hours.
- After shipping, cancellation is not possible.
